How Does it Work?
Payless Power puts the CUSTOMER first! Post pay service will be billed once a month on a paper statement with the option for email statements. Prepaid electric service in Houston, known as SmarTricity with Flex Pay, will deliver to you text or email messages on a daily basis to inform you of account balances in order to help with budgeting needs. As always, Payless Power is proud to offer partial payment service across all of its plan offerings to assist in providing more manageable payments to coincide with your payday schedule.
The Payless Power Process:
- Review the service plans offered.
- Enroll for service by phone - 1.855.475.4050.
- Make an initial payment for service.
- If enrolling by phone, the customer must complete a third party verification call by calling into the call center and being transferred to the third party company for verification.
- Service is connected within 1-3 business days.
